3DCM has extensive facilities for Autoclave curing including the largest Motorsport dedicated Autoclave in the South of England.

Each of the three on-site Autoclaves are regularly serviced, calibrated and create fully profiled temperature and pressure programmes.

Full reports of the curing process are recorded and can be generated on request to demonstrate conformance to customer and material specifications.

3DCM operates over 24hrs daily, therefore Autoclave processing can be loaded and reloaded around the clock, to fully support the requirements of the fast-paced and on-time delivery driven motorsport industry.
